my actual first name is Edgar but i kinda prefer only being referred to that in a more serious or formal situation- like i prefer being called Eddie most of the time and Edgar when you’re being very serious! i just don’t always appreciate hearing the name Edgar bc i’ve gained a couple uncomfortable memories around the name but i don’t think i wanna change it yk? idk if anyone would be annoyed if i did lol
